My vision for Yakety Yak in Oklahoma is success! I plan on working extremely hard along with my staff that will be well-trained and knowledgeable. We plan to market ourselves aggressively to our surrounding communities and make Yakety Yak a recognized brand in the towns we are located for outstanding products and service. I want Yakety Yak to be known as the wireless store to shop at when you really want nothing less than world-class customer service. Buying in the wireless industry today can be very intimidating and scary to the average consumer, but with a little bit of time spent listening to the customer and recognizing their needs I believe we will earn business as well as future referrals. I also see Yakety Yak as a regular sponsor of local charities and community groups as we become a household name in the wireless communities in Oklahoma.
