Yakety Yak is a unique franchise that offers multiple carriers in the convenience of one location. When shopping for a cell phone people like to see what options are available just as with any other service. Instead of driving between store locations Yakety Yak offers multiple carriers as a one-stop shopping experience. What sets Yakety Yak apart besides offering other unique services is the attention given to customers. In today’s retail world service is missing from the phrase “customer service”, but not at Yakety Yak.
Unlike experiences at a corporate store where you often have to sign in on a clipboard and are treated as a number Yakety Yak will strive to actually build a relationship with each customer. We know that it is our customers that determine our success and we want to make sure each customer walks out with the cell phone device and plan that is exactly right for them. Not only will our ability to truly listen to our customers and recognize their needs earn us immediate business, but our hope is that it will earn us business well into the future.
Our near future includes expansion of Yakety Yak location throughout the OKC metro area. Currently we have 4 locations in the OKC metro-area and we have now opened our newest location in Enid too.
